Are we stuck between modern and post-modern?

“Becoming the Postmodern Man is no longer just a noble pursuit for the brave and curious. Perhaps it is the only means of” “understanding the changing world, the only hope for humanity, as a species, to maintain sanity.” – Excerpt From Encyclopedia Demonica Mike Erkulev.

Eye See You

Understanding the ever changing world is not as easy as it sounds. It’s not like comprehending a problem and then coming to a conclusion that said problem can be solved by modern methods. Then adapting an answer based on outdated knowledge that appears to be readily accepted by one’s specific culture or socially economic standards. Any other possibility becomes nullified because of previously adopted principles. The issues that we’re facing now are leftovers from the modern era. They can no longer be solved using modern methods. If something doesn’t work one way, throw it out and adapt a different way. Take climate change for example; this is a problem caused by the modern man that cannot be fixed by modern ways of thinking. Mass migrations, political divide, and ideological conflict are just a few more of the challenges we face in a postmodern world. Thanks very much 19th and 20th century humans! If the majority of the population refuses to believe in a certain amount of singularity then I fear we are already heading into catastrophic events ahead. But alas it is not too late for us. For those of us who have discovered the balancing of desires could lead by example while planting seeds of doubt regarding previous concepts, then we will have a chance to create something even better than before. My nugget for you today is to try to start questioning, everything. It’s the beginning of changing perception and in turn changes reality.
